Before Payment

Before you have completed your order, you can always adjust the items in your cart by visiting the Shopping Cart page. A link to this page can be found near the top of our website. From here, you can change quantities and delete items. Additionally you can estimate shipping options and taxes for your area!

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you may do so for a full refund, so long as no items have shipped *. Please contact us with your cancellation request by phone, email, or live chat.

Sales tax may be due on your purchase. Currently, SwingSetMall.com collects sales tax on purchases delivered into the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Most items, in new and resellable condition, can be returned for a full refund of the item cost on orders with paid shipping, or 80% of the item cost if we shipped your order for free.

We accept purchase orders from schools, cities and municipalities, parks & recreation departments, government organizations and churches. For all other organizations and individuals, payment must be received in advance either by credit or debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or check.

If you select Free Shipping or Flat Rate shipping for your order, it will ship in the ordinary time frame per each product and vendor by a number of ground transit shipping methods. SwingSetMall.com works with several suppliers in order to provide our customers the best selection of swing sets and swing set accessories online.

While we are committed to processing and shipping out orders as quickly as possible, we currently do not offer expedited or rush shipping.

You can request a signature requirement or add special instructions in the order comments field during checkout. This additional service will be added at no charge to you.

Yes. Tracking numbers are emailed to you as they become available to us. We always strive to give you the most up-to-date information about your order. Occasionally we are unable to update your order with the tracking number even though it may have already shipped from a remote supplier.

We work with a number of different suppliers in order to provide the largest selection of quality swing set accessories online. As such, many orders ship from multiple locations and arrive at different times.

At this time we do not ship internationally. We suggest working with a freight forwarding service and obtaining a US shipping address where you can have your items shipped to and then forwarded to the final destination.

While some orders can ship entirely by USPS, many can only ship by carriers which cannot deliver to post offices, such as UPS and FedEx, so it is always recommended that you provide a physical address for shipping.

You will receive an automatic email update shortly after your order has shipped or has partially shipped. For most orders this includes a tracking number which you can use to track the shipment from UPS, US Postal Service, or FedEx.

Awaiting Payment

Your order was received and is waiting for final payment before it can be processed and shipped. This only applies to Check paid orders and non-eligible purchase orders.

Orders paid by credit/debit card and PayPal may initially indicate that it is "Awaiting Payment", but so long as you got through to the order confirmation page, then payment was received. Confusing, we know, but this is how our system sometimes handles orders!

You can reset your password using your email address by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link below the login fields. If you do not remember the email address that was used for the order, please contact us and we can help.

If you checked out as a guest, and later created an account, your order will not automatically appear under your account. Please contact us and we can manually link your new account with your previous order.

Weight and age limits vary per product. If it is not otherwise noted on the product page, please refer to our standard disclaimer below. These are not weight ratings from the manufacturer, but are only designed to be a disclaimer for intended use.

Most products we carry are designed for children, however there are some commercial grade swing sets and accessories that can support use by adults. These products will typically specify whether they can be used by adults, otherwise we do not advise such use.

We do not provide any installation services for the residential swing sets and accessories. Our residential accessories are generally very simple to install. Most wooden swing set kits have pre-cut and pre-drilled lumber which makes assembly something most handy people are capable of putting together with the assistance of a helper or two.

Our swings and accessories are great for replacement on most swing sets, though may not fit all. We typically do not carry specific replacement parts for swing sets, unless it is a model of swing set that we currently offer on our website.

Many products we offer, such as slides, rock wall holds, swing hangers, and other accessories do not include mounting hardware and will need to be purchased locally at your nearby hardware store. There are two main reasons for this.

It is sometimes assumed with many of our products that they come in pairs, when in fact they do not. This happens most commonly with swing chain, as the typical belt or flat swings do require two chains.

No. We highly recommend against using eyebolts on your swing beam because this will allow for metal-on-metal wear, which is a very big safety concern with swings. We have seen cases of chain breaking as a result of being attached directly to an eyebolt.

Most of our products are designed exclusively for attaching to swing sets. Hanging swings from trees can be very dangerous and should always be approached with extreme caution.

There are several ways in which you can hang a rope swing on a swing beam. Here are the two primary ways we recommend:

Most gliders mount in 4 separate points with swing hangers. To mount easily and provide even and stable swinging, we recommend using a glider mounting bracket, which is specifically designed for glider swings.

The answer to this question depends on the age range of the swing and whether it is for residential or commercial use. Here are the spacing recommendations given by the Consumer Product Safety Commission in their guides for playground safety.

We offer a variety of swing seat styles available in commercial and residential grade quality. Here are the main types of swings you will find on our website.

When ordering pipe beam swing hangers, it is very important to know with confidence what your pipe diameter for the top beam is. Unlike wood beam swing hangers that will fit a number of different beam widths, pipes are not as accommodating.

Slide mounting will vary depending on the type of slide you purchase, but it is usually a relatively simple procedure. If your slide includes instructions (many do not), please refer to the specific mounting instructions provided in the manual.

Generally for slides the length is about twice the deck height it is made to fit. For example, a slide that is meant for a 5 ft deck height will be approximately 10 ft long.

Again, in general for a slide that sticks straight out you can determine the Slide Reach (distance the slide sticks out from the deck) by multiplying the slide length by 0.866. For example, if your slide is 10 ft long, the Slide Reach will be approximately 8 ft 8 in.
