Delivery

Most swing sets deliver within 7-10 business days. Powder coating will add an additional 2 weeks.

Returns & Cancellations

• Swing set orders can be canceled within 1 business day of being placed
• After 1 business day, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded
• This swing set cannot be returned

This swing set has a strict return policy because it is a highly specialized/custom item, which is shipped via freight truck on a custom-made pallet. These large truck deliveries are very different from a typical package delivery at your front door. The delivery costs are extremely high, which denies us the luxury of easily and cost-effectively sending items back and forth to our customers. For these reasons, it is very important to do your research before placing an order to make sure your swing set will fit and work in the space you have and that it's exactly what you want.
