This Monkey Bar Set has a strict return policy because it is a highly specialized/custom item, which is shipped via freight truck on a custom-made pallet. These large truck deliveries are very different from a typical package delivery at your front door. The delivery costs are extremely high, which denies us the luxury of easily and cost-effectively sending items back and forth to our customers. For these reasons, it is very important to do your research before placing an order to make sure your monkey bar set will fit and work in the space you have and that it's exactly what you want.
