This swing set has a strict return policy because it is a highly specialized/custom item, which is shipped via freight truck on a custom-made pallet. These large truck deliveries are very different from a typical package delivery at your front door. The delivery costs are extremely high, which denies us the luxury of easily and cost-effectively sending items back and forth to our customers.
