How long do Free Shipping and Flat Rate shipping options take?
If you select Free Shipping or Flat Rate shipping for your order, it will ship in the ordinary time frame per each product and vendor by a number of ground transit shipping methods. SwingSetMall.com works with several suppliers in order to provide our customers with the best selection of swing sets and swing set accessories online. Because of this, our shipping times vary depending on the vendor, products, and time of year. As many orders ship from multiple warehouses and services, it is also possible your order will not arrive all at once.
Order Processing Lead Times
The lead time for a product is the time it takes from when you place the order to when it normally ships out. The lead time will vary per product and throughout the year as most warehouses are much busier during spring and summer months. Some made-to-order items take many weeks to process. In general, we keep the current expected lead times listed on the product pages and do our best to inform our customers if an item ordered is going to take significantly longer than expected for any unforeseen reason.
Please check the product page to see the specific lead times where it says, for example, "Usually ships within 5-7 business days", so you can know what to expect for the items on your order.
Transit Time for Smaller Parts & Accessories
Most smaller parts and accessories, such as swing seats and hardware, ship via package services such as UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS. Once shipped, these items will typically deliver between 3-5 business days. We primarily use USPS and FedEx, which also deliver to residential addresses on weekends.
Transit Time for Slides, Swing Sets & Large Climbers
Large items, such as slides and swing sets, ship via semi-truck freight services like FedEx Freight and ABF Freight. Once shipped, these items will typically deliver between 2-7 business days. For residential addresses, the freight terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Can my order be expedited?
While we are committed to processing and shipping out orders as quickly as possible, we currently do not offer expedited or rush shipping.
How do I add a signature requirement or special instructions for delivery?
You can request a signature requirement or add special instructions in the order comments field during checkout. This additional service will be added at no charge to you.
Will I receive a shipping tracking number for my order?
Yes. Tracking numbers are emailed to you as they become available to us. We always strive to give you the most up-to-date information about your order. Occasionally we are unable to update your order with the tracking number even though it may have already shipped from a remote supplier. Even still, we work diligently to make sure orders are processing in a reasonable time frame and will notify you about any delays.
Emails with tracking numbers will either include a direct link or a website address where the status of your shipment can be viewed. Here you will typically find the day your order is expected to deliver.
I only received some of my order. Where is the rest?
We work with a number of different suppliers in order to provide the largest selection of quality swing set accessories online. As such, many orders ship from multiple locations and arrive at different times. You should receive an email indicating partial shipment if this is the case with your order, and we will email you tracking numbers for each shipment as they become available.
If you have received all shipments for your order and an item appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can ship out the missing item.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
At this time we do not ship internationally. We suggest working with a freight forwarding service and obtaining a US shipping address where you can have your items shipped to and then forwarded to the final destination.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
While some orders can ship entirely by USPS, many can only ship by carriers which cannot deliver to post offices, such as UPS and FedEx, so it is always recommended that you provide a physical address for shipping.
