  1. Good Strong Glider but missing and wrong parts

    Some of the quick links where missing in the box. They were lose in the box (not in plastic bag like everything else_ and fell out during shipping I think. Also the carriage bolts provided are 2 inches long. The lumber requested is 2 inches wide. How do they expect you to get the nut on the bolt? I used a hole saw to dig into the wood to fasten but sure created a lot of extra work for me. Seems like a heavy duty glider however. The chains are brackets are very strong. I would not nail in the support brackets. Use screws. They might need adjustment. Also make sure it is parellel with the ground as the wood beam is not always straight.
