Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling costs are estimated when you order.  If costs of standard ground shipment vary by more than an additional 10% from your online order receipt, you will be notified via phone or E-mail of the actual cost prior to the finalization and processing of your order. For expedited orders, we will attempt to contact you regarding shipping and handling fees greater than 10% beyond the online estimation; however since delivery time is the critical concern for such orders, they will be processed and shipped without regard to under-calculated online shipping and handling estimations.

Most small items are shipped via UPS. All Shipping of larger items that are delivered by common carrier freight (Truck), are to commercial shipping dock or residential curbside, or shipping terminal only. The receiver is responsible for unloading the merchandise from the truck and should make arrangements to have some help as needed when order is delivered. Items that declare "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" are for the contiguous 48 states only and may be further limited within the item description. A shipping surcharge may apply to orders for Hawaii and Alaska and some remote areas of the country.

Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. SwingSetMall.com is not responsible for these occurrences. Any shortage or damage to shipped items should be reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Once reported, shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported at time of delivery, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage. We will assist you in anyway possible with validly filed shortage/damage claims.

All orders must be inspected at time of delivery. At a minimum, you should note any product shipment shortage or container or item damage on the delivery receipt before signing it. If the goods are damaged beyond your wish to accept them, the shipment should be refused at time of delivery. If a customer accepts delivery and later finds damage, the customer is fully responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
