All returned merchandise must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the box. Any merchandise returned without the RMA # number and/or not returned freight paid will be refused. YOU MUST CALL OR EMAIL FOR THE RMA# BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM/S.

To be authorized, returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase or 10 days of receipt of order, whichever is later. Non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging, in new unused condition which allows it to be resold. Up to a 20% restocking fee may be charged (depending on the policies of the shipping warehouse/s), and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise. All Product orders are considered valid until canceled. Orders not canceled and cancellation acknowledged by SwingSetMall.com prior to shipping will incur shipping charges and processing fees when merchandise is returned as per above. Returns by common carrier freight (truck) are allowed only if the buyer pays freight both ways in advance.
