High-density poly decks and support posts are manufactured from 100% post-consumer recycled milk jugs and other high-grade polyethylene containers.

Structure
Because of the nature of recycled plastic you will notice more movement in the poly structures than with wood or steel. The poly structures use a through bolted fastening system with all bolts recessed for safety (no lag bolts used). It is the strongest and best poly system in the industry. The through bolt design keeps the beams stable and prevents warping along with being the easiest to install.

Colors
The plastic parts comes in a variety of UV stabilized colors that maintain their beauty even when exposed to the elements. Steel events also come in variety of colors which can be selected from the above menu. See info below regarding color customization.

Customization
Poly Play Structures are normally designed for in-ground installation but can be made to be surface mounted using saddles for concrete slabs, with some limitation on available activities. They can also be made free standing by attaching 2x10 recycled poly boards along the bottom of the beams to provide stability. They are limited to certain sizes and cannot use all of the normal activities.
