OUR MOST POPULAR SLIDE EVER! Rotomolded double wall construction for strength and durability, this slide is suitable for back-yard or child care center use. It uses two pressure-treated 2x4s (not included) that tuck out of sight under the hand rails to support the length of the slide.
The Entrance and Exit sections are 3 ft long with a 17" Seat and a 23" overall width. Combined they create a great quality slide for a 3 ft deck. One 2 ft slide Insert is added for each additional deck-height foot.

I purchased this sectional kit about 2 months ago for a play set I’m building for my kids. I thought the idea was pretty good and liked the fact I did not need to pay for freight since it ships in sections. I have a six foot deck height so ended up with three center sections, plus the entry and exit portions for 12 foot of total length. The fit of the sections left a lot to be desired. You’re left with several gaps and misalignments between sections. The plastic used is light weight and allows the sections to deform during the assembly process, leaving gaps and areas where the mating sections are not coplanar. It took me almost 3 hours to assemble the slide, using various methods to try and align the sections as tight as possible. Clamping was the best method, but gaps still remained. The hardware provided was not galvanized, so rust will ensue very quickly. I ended up buying high quality exterior ceramic coated construction lags from Hillman to assemble the slide to the 2x6 stringers. The hex head screws used to fasten the sections together were too long for the center portion, which allowed the tip of the screw to slightly penetrate the outside sliding surface. They should have provided 1 ¼ lengths for these areas. In the end, the slide works, but the aesthetics are marginal, given the gaps in sections. I don’t believe this slide is worth the price. You’re better off eating the cost for freight and buying a single piece slide. Swing works offers a single piece slide for 640 for 12 foot section and if I had to do it over, this would be my choice. Very disappointed…
[Note from SwingSetMall.com: Due to the sectional nature of the slide, it can be more challenging to install, and so it is very important to follow the instructions carefully. On May 20th, 2013, we had Jensen Swing Products (the manufacturer) reach out to this customer in order to resolve any issues with the slide and installation. In addition to some solutions to the issues, Jensen Swing Products gave him the opportunity to return the slide for a refund but he declined.]
