Our Early Years Picnic Table is great for children!
Thermoplastic coating offers many benefits over Plastisol:
- Superior adhesion. SwingSetMall.com's thermoplastic coating is sprayed directly onto the metal where it hardens and bonds to the surface smoothly.
- Better UV protection and color retention. Thermoplastic will not discolor and fade as easily as Plastisol does.
- Abrasion resistance and weatherability. The bond between the plastic and the metal provide less chance of damage. If a product does become scratched or chipped, it can be easily remolded and repaired on site with a heat gun or hand torch.
- Our thermoplastic coating contains no harmful PVC’s. Thermoplastic is derived from natural gases and releases only organic elements into the environment.
Support legs are 1 5/8” powder coated galvanized steel tubing. 20” high table, 12” high seats. Table top and seats are thermoplastic coated and available in Blue, Green, Black, Brown, Red and Tan:
